Buying procedures
To enable the transferring attorney to and you to have a quick transfer
you as the Buyer and Seller need to supply your agent with the following:
1. Sales agreement accepted and signed by the Seller and the Purchaser
2. Copies of ID documents by both parties
3. Copy of Marriage Certificate (if any)
4. Copy of Antenuptial contract (if any)
5. Copy to proof residential address (Water/ Lights account)
6. Copy of Income Tax Ref. number.
Buying or Selling in a CC or PTY
1. Sales agreement accepted and signed by the Seller and the Purchaser
2. Copies of ID documents by both parties and all cc holders
3. Copy of Marriage Certificate and all cc holders (if any)
4. Copy of Antenuptial contract and all cc holders (if any)
5. Copy to proof residential address and all cc holders (Water/ Lights account)
6. Copy of Income Tax Ref. number and VAT number
7. Copy of CC / PTY registration confirmation of legal entity
Buying or Selling in a Trust
1. Sales agreement accepted and signed by the Seller and the Purchaser
2. Copies of ID documents by both parties and all Trustees
3. Copy of Marriage Certificate and all Trustees (if any)
4. Copy of Antenuptial contract and all Trustees (if any)
5. Copy to proof residential address and all Trustees (Water/ Lights account)
6. Copy of Income Tax Ref. number and VAT number and of all Trustees
7. Copy of Trust Deed and Letter of Authority issued by the Master of the High Court to the trustees
