Launched in June 2001, the unique RE/MAX Quality Assurance Program is our commitment to service. It ensures that our standards of service are the highest in the real estate industry today. Following every sale, we at RE/MAX like our customers to measure our performance. Clients are asked to provide details of their service experience via a detailed questionnaire and random phone calls. We believe that the results we receive today, will help us raise our standards and do an even better job tomorrow!
The Program provides a tangible method of service evaluation with measurable criteria. Offices are evaluated on an ongoing basis, using three major categories:
a.. Telephone contact
b.. Face-to-face service
c.. Physical Aspects of office and amenities.
The Program results are presented every six months and offices are then awarded a rating of one to five stars, based on their performance.
